Note: The following explanation describes the process for customers who already use an in-house Home Office Shop from us.
In your Home Office Online Shop, simply click on "My Account" and then "Orders". There you will see the status of your orders. The following status options are available:
- "Order placed" means that the order has been completed.
- "Accepted" means that the order has been approved
- "Awaiting Shipment" means that our logistics partner will contact you to arrange the delivery/assembly date
- "In Delivery" means that your order is on its way to your home
