Note: The following explanation describes the process for customers who already use an in-house Home Office Shop from us.
After you have submitted your order, it will be approved and forwarded to our logistics partner for delivery. You can view the status of your order at any time by clicking on "My Account" in the top menu and then on "Orders". There you will see the following status options:
- Order Placed means that the order has been completed.
- Accepted means that the order has been approved
- Awaiting Shipment means our logistics partner will contact you to arrange the delivery/assembly date
- In Delivery means that your order is on its way to your home
