As a rule, Lendis furniture or electronic products may remain with the customer even after the agreed rental period has expired – until the customer expressly terminates the contract. This means that the contracts are automatically renewed for certain periods (see below).
The monthly rental fees remain unchanged after the end of the term. However, different notice periods and renewal terms apply.

If you’re wondering how long your contract still has to run:
- You can find the term and contract date on your proposal from Lendis
- If you use the Lendis platform (LendisOS), you can find the end date for individual items there, as it is calculated for each item based on its respective delivery date: log into app.lendis.io
- You need not worry that Lendis or the financing partner will reclaim the rented furniture/electronics on the end date. You will retain all products until you cancel the rental
- You can track the term of all products on our LendisOS portal and submit enquiries, e.g. regarding contract extensions, to our support team on an item-by-item basis: app.lendis.io
Termination of products where a financing partner is the owner
If one of the financing partners owns your products, the notice periods of the relevant partner apply (see table above. However, the contractual terms and conditions communicated to you by the partner upon conclusion of the contract shall apply).

Termination of products owned by Lendis
If Lendis is the owner of your products (and not a financing partner), you can terminate the contract at any time after the rental period has ended, giving four weeks’ notice to the end of the month.
