Cancellation ๐
If you have decided to cancel your rental items or Lendis products, the best way to contact us is to send us an enquiry as follows:
- via our portal at app.lendis.io, you can view the terms of all your rental items and submit enquiries regarding individual items. Our team of advisors will then get in touch with you to sort out the details.
Please note that at Lendis, the notice period is 4 weeks to the end of the following month.

Important information:
- Please always contact Lendis, even in urgent cases: login to app.lendis.io, select the items in question and submit a request. We will get back to you ASAP.
- Under no circumstances should you send goods to us (or our financing partners) without prior consultation or confirmation of the cancellation. Returning goods without authorisation will result in additional costs.
- When submitting your cancellation request, please let us know if there is any existing damage to the Lendis products.
- If you wish to report a faulty Lendis product or device, you can submit a request via the Lendis customer portal (LendisOS): app.lendis.io. Select the items in question and submit a request. We will get back to you ASAP.
Note on invoicing for items owned by Lendis (conditions for items owned by financing partners may differ)
- The last rental month before the cancellation date is always charged in full, even if the pick-up/return takes place before the cancellation date. (Lendis does not charge rent for the month in which delivery takes place at the start of the rental period.)
- A pick-up date is normally agreed between Lendis/Lendis partners and the customer. We do our best to meet customer requests.
- Invoices for fees incurred in connection with the cancellation ("Flex-Payment", logistics costs) are usually invoiced in the month following cancellation date.
Relevant information for a return
A return refers to a return or collection/pick-up of rental items (assets, products). We will ask you for information that will make it easier for us to plan and carry out the return after the cancellation confirmation at the latest:
- Contact person(s) (name, e-mail, telephone number
- exact pick-up address
- your preferred pick-up dates (=earliest/latest date collection can take place) - important if you are moving out of an office at the end of the month, for example
